Diese Reedereisoftware mit integriertem Schiffsmanagementsystem optional mit ISM System (International Safety Management) beinhaltet eine Verwaltung der Wartungsvorgänge an Bord mit folgenden Komponenten:

Die Companyversion wird an Land installiert. An Bord ist dann die Schiffsversion installiert, die sich wiederum in einen TECHNISCHEN und einen NAUTISCHEN Teil gliedert. Der technische und der nautische Teil ist jeweils gleich unterteilt, die Inhalte beziehen sich nur jeweils auf den Gegenstand der technischen und nautischen Verwaltung. Das Reedereimodul verfügt über einen Report- und Formulargenerator, Checklisten und Berichten der einzelnen Schiffe und gewährt somit an Land den Überblick über die einzelnen Bereiche der nautischen und technischen Datenbanken. Die Datenübertragung vom und zum Schiff wird per Diskette, Email oder DFÜ Netzwerk realisiert. Integriert ist ein ISM System. Die Software ist in englischer Sprache geschrieben und dokumentiert.

• Die Dokumenten- sowie auch die Serienbrieferstellung erfolgt mit Vorlagenverwaltung und unter Einbindung der Windowstexterstellung
• Termine können jeder Adresse zugeordnet werden.

Tiquam kombiniert das elektronische QM-Handbuch und eine Datenbank für ausgefüllte Checklisten und Arbeitsanweisungen unter einer Oberfläche. Dies wird durch das HTML-ähnliche Dokumentenformat ermöglicht, welches auch die Definition von Eingabe-Elementen wie Felder, Checkboxen usw.. zulässt. Die Einbindung externer Dokumente (PDF, DOC, ...) wird jedoch auch unterstützt.

Der zentrale Aufgabenbereich von ShipShop liegt in der automatischen Abwicklung und Überwachung von Bestellvorgängen - beginnend bei der Erstellung von Artikel-Listen durch den User an Bord bis hin zur Rechnungs- und Lieferkontrolle durch den Einkauf in der Reederei. The maintenance control software CODie ISMAN/CODieBOARD#isman-center was especially designed for shipping lines. Its main goal was to make the administration of a vessel aboard and also in the offices of the shipping company easier and very high efficient. The target of this software is to keep the costs and time (especially the lay days in harbours) as low as possible. We also know that the best software is useless if the users have to be IT experts to run and administer the application. On top we also want to provide the users a complete package so that they do not need to adjust and learn different software systems to get this job done. Keeping all these major factors in mind and with close cooperation with the shipping line Peter Döhle Schiffahrts-KG, CODie ISMAN was finally launched in 1998.

The demands or interests on a vessel and in the office of the shipping lines are different and sometimes also working in opposite directions. Therefore CODie ISMAN is divided into two versions to satisfy both parties. One version is running in the company (company version) and the other one on a vessel (vessel version). The vessel version is once again divided to cover both, the nautical and technical area. CODie ISMAN consists of the following major modules:

Maintenance management

• Registration of all technical and safety equipment
• Automatic calculation of maintenance schedules in advance for any period of time
• Assignment of any kind of document for a special maintenance interval (manufacture instructions, pictures, etc.)
• Monitoring of oil and chemical consumption goods
• Special monitoring of critical equipment
• Monitoring all certificates (e.g. fire extinguisher, signalling rockets, etc.)
• Recording of additional maintenance results via document templates of any kind of format (such as .xls, .doc, .pdf, .jpg, etc.)

• Administration of all your documents of any data format
• Detailed administration of all users rights
• Advanced search and filter functions

Data exchange

• Small reports for data exchange between vessel and office of the shipping line (less than 1 MB)
• Reports contain all data of the vessel (service jobs, documents, ISM check lists etc.) and can be accessed with the company version

Printing and exporting

• All reports can be printed out and are accepted by the authorities
• Exporting to MS Excel or XML possible

ISM management (Tiquam)

• Generating new release numbers automatically and deployment of the releases to designated vessels
• Computer aided updates of ISM documents, thus avoiding uncontrolled releases
• All documents are secured from any manipulations
• Differential updates (small data size)
• HTML-like document format
• External data formats (such as XLS, DOC, PDF, JPG etc.) are supported also

Mail order management (ShipShop)

• Carrying out and monitoring all mail orders
• Automatic data exchange via email
• All mail orders coming in from the vessels are automatically imported into the database of the shipping line. Members of the purchase department are able to convert all requests into mail orders directly. Practically no paper is needed any more.
• Status, delivery time and location of the mail order are transmitted back to the vessels
